Contracts and Legal Packages
TressCox, the affiliated legal firm of the AMA (NSW) has drawn-up various agreement packages which are available from the AMA (NSW) for a nominal fee. The packages allow practitioners to put appropriate legal documentation in place governing partnership, associate-ship or employment arrangements. These packages provide a basis for the preparation of an agreement which specifically meets the needs of each individual practice or practitioner.
