The AMA (NSW) provides members with recommended fees and legal advices for various medico-legal matters.
Fees
The AMA (NSW) can provide members with advice on appropriate fees to be charged for services such as attending court and providing requested medical records including Witness fees, Coroners fees, Motor accident fees and WorkCover fees. Members can access this information by logging into our members only area.
Advices
Members of the AMA (NSW) can access information on matters such as maintenance of medical records, attendance in court, subpoenas and more by speaking to our Medico-Legal division on 02 9439 8822 or emailing enquiries@amansw.com.au.
