Information for NSW doctors who forgot to renew their registration before 30 June

Was your registration due 30 June? Did you renew on time? If not you MUST act now or your registration may lapse and you may not be able to practise medicine in Australia after 31 July 2010. Medical practitioners who failed to renew their registration as at 30 June/1 July are currently deemed to be registered but are in the “grace period”. Please be informed that AHPRA is sending out individual letters this week to inform doctors who failed to register of the need to renew by 31 July or have their names removed from the register.
