“Claiming overtime could be made easier. The idea that a doctor would scam the hospital for money does not make sense to me. We easily have the capability to do a more financially rewarding job.”
“Fairly paid overtime. Encouragement to obtain experience and skills outside of specific roles in current job. Supportive medical workforce and admin.”
“More efficient and timely payment of rostered overtime. More consideration of payment for remote clinical appraisal. Safer areas to park car if called back late/overnight.”
