AMA (NSW) are pleased to present the Practice Managers’ Masterclass in the Northern Rivers (Ballina) on Friday 28 October, 2022 and we invite you to join us.
The Practice Managers’ Masterclass provides Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge to help them in their role of running a successful and efficient medical practice whilst building connections with other Practice Managers.
Attendees at our Practice Managers Masterclass events this year have all appreciated the opportunity to come together to re-establish networks and foster relationships after a number of challenging years. We hope to provide the opportunity for Practice Managers in the Northern Rivers community with an opportunity to connect with one another and share their experiences.
The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for recruiting staff, managing performance, managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims, difficult conversations with staff and patients, billing, and medico-legal risk management.
