Practice Managers Masterclass Orange

The Practice Managers’ Masterclass is coming to Orange on Friday 8 September 2023.

The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team have been taking the Practice Managers Masterclass across NSW for over a year now. This event gives Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge in their role of conducting a successful and efficient medical practice.

The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for:

• Recruiting staff
• Managing performance
• Managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims
• Difficult conversations with staff and patients
• Billing
• Medico-legal risk management.
